• Program name and description. Caldera Customer Care texts: replies, status updates and appointment confirmations sent from (808) 444-7844 to business owners who contacted Caldera about a website, a website report or a project.
• How you opt in. You text (808) 444-7844 first. Our first reply confirms that you are opted in and tells you how to get help or stop. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of buying anything from us.
• Message frequency. Varies with your request; typically a few messages a month while we are working together.
• Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan.
• To stop: reply STOP at any time and you will receive one final confirmation; nothing more is sent. Reply START to resubscribe.
• For help: reply HELP, email hello@calderahawaii.com, or call (808) 444-7844.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Privacy. How we handle your number and messages is in our privacy policy. Mobile numbers and text-messaging consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing.

• The content of calderahawaii.com is provided for information about our services. Prices shown are current offers and are confirmed in writing before any work starts.
• Free website reports describe what we observed on public sources on a stated date; they are not guarantees of search rankings or business results.
• Our logos, text and site design belong to Hawaii Digital Arts Inc.; sample and portfolio work is shown with the client’s permission or is clearly marked as a sample.
• The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from reliance on its contents.

Work we do for clients

Every engagement is governed by the written proposal or agreement you accept, which sets the scope, price, timing and ownership of the work. These terms do not replace it.

Payment. You pay once you have approved the work, by card through Stripe or in person. If we start on a phone call: you may cancel within 7 days after your page is delivered, and we refund in full within 30 days.

After the first year. Every website on the internet has two small running costs, the domain name and the hosting, the way every business pays for its phone and its internet. Yours are in your name and we add no markup to them. After the first year, if you want us to keep the site hosted, updated and secure, that is $10 a month, billed yearly; or take it to any host you choose, and we help you move it.
