What we collect

• What you give us. When you use a form on this site, text or call (808) 444-7844, or email us: your name, business name, phone number, email address, your website address if you have one, and what you write or say to us.
• Messages and calls. Texts to and from our number, and the time, number and duration of calls, are kept so we can follow up on your request. Calls are not recorded unless you are told so at the start of the call.
• Website. This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, pages requested, browser type) for security and reliability.
• Public business information. When we prepare a website report for a business, we look at what is already public: its Google listing, its website, and search results.

How we use it

• To answer you, prepare the report or proposal you asked for, and deliver and support the work you hire us for.
• To send you texts about your own request, appointment or project. You can stop these at any time by replying STOP; reply HELP for help.
• To keep records of our work and meet legal and accounting duties.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your information.
• Mobile phone numbers and text-messaging consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
• We do not send marketing texts to people who have not asked us for something first.
• Texts go only to people who texted (808) 444-7844 first. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.

Who helps us run things

Service providers process data only on our behalf and only to deliver the service: Cloudflare (website hosting and forms), Twilio (texts and calls to our business number), Resend and Google Workspace (email). Each is bound by its own terms to protect that data.

How long we keep it

Enquiries and messages are kept while we may still be working together and for up to three years afterwards, then deleted, unless the law or a dispute requires longer. Email us to ask for your information, to correct it, or to have it deleted sooner.

Children

Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
